BY-LAWS

APPROVED 7/26/2006

New By-Laws of CNR have been prepared by a committee made up of Brooke Dunwoody, Neil Brown, Mike Jette, and Jim Fretwell.  They are a mixture of our club's existing By-Laws (October 1993), a model by-laws recommended by Rotary International, and provisions designed to meet the conditions of our club, all in harmony with the standard Rotary club constitution and RI rules.  One of the proposed changes is to reduce the number of non-officer directors of CNR from eight (currently) to four (by Rotary Year 2008-09).

Our club voted on the proposed new By-Laws at our regular meeting on Monday, June 26.  The By-Laws were unanimously approved.
